The information on the nomination form will be used by the DOMINUS Lab team (in connection with the administration of the award), the partners/sponsors (who will review nonfinancial information), and the independent panels of judges. By submitting your applications (“Applicant”) at DOMINUS Lab, the Applicant grants DOMINUS Lab a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, adapt, edit, modify, translate, reproduce, publish, republish, publicly display, perform, distribute, redistribute, and/or broadcast the Speaker’s picture, company logo and video of the elevator pitch appearance (“Media Files”). DOMINUS Lab agrees to use the Media Files in good faith and for educational and promotional purposes aligned with the Applicant's interests. This license shall remain in effect unless and until the Applicant provides written notice requesting the termination of such rights. Upon receipt of such notice, DOMINUS Lab will cease all new uses of the Media Files but retains the right to continue using materials already published or distributed prior to the notice

The applicant must be a stakeholder/CXO of a founded company that is in business for max. 5 years. Previous applicants who did not win are eligible to reapply. Applicants must believe that John 3:16 is true and both for- and non-profit businesses may apply.
