What is DOMINUS Lab?
DOMINUS Lab is the new global Christian startup movement to create 1,000 New AI Christian startups that value much more than just money.
What is a Christian Startup?
We seek alignment with ethical, faith-based values—serving others, integrity, and positive impact. Generally, though this is subject to change, if you affirm John 3:16 as true, we consider you a Christian startup—though we don’t police this.
Can I join if I'm not a Christian?
Yes, you don’t have to be Christian, but our values are rooted in Christian principles. Everybody is welcome and encouraged to join! No conditions—just an openness to faith-driven entrepreneurship.
Are there any age restrictions? Is there a minimum age requirement?
While there’s no strict age limit, we recommend participants be at least 14 for the best experience. Those under 18 are welcome to join independently, though we encourage open communication with parents.
Can you walk through a typical student’s/startup's journey through the program?
Ideally, students/startups begin with DOMINUS Idea to get inspired and develop an idea, then move on to DOMINUS Plan to craft a business plan, and finally, attend DOMINUS Path (an in-person workshop) to connect with potential investors. Additionally, we strive to match every startup with a Christian business mentor who can guide them on their journey—if they choose to have one.
How much does it cost?
There are no costs for participants —everything is free except for housing, food, and travel to DOMINUS Path (if the startups qualify for the final module).
What is the time commitment required?
DOMINUS Ideas is a 2-hour event. DOMINUS Plan consists of four modules, each lasting 2 hours, with additional tasks and homework. DOMINUS Path is a three-day in-person investor workshop.
