Business and morals cannot be separated. They never have been.
Every business operates from a value system.
If those values are not Christian, a vacuum forms—and that vacuum is filled by something else: relativism, materialism, ideological activism, or power-driven ethics.
The Christian Business Armor Certification is a bold stand for Christian values for good businesses.
For us, a Christian business begins with one clear affirmation: John 3:16 is true, according to the Nicene Creed.

Business and morals cannot be separated. They never have been.
Every business operates from a value system. If those values are not Christian, a vacuum forms—and that vacuum is filled by something else: relativism, materialism, ideological activism, or power-driven ethics.
There is no neutral ground.
For us, a Christian business begins with one clear affirmation: John 3:16 is true, according to the Nicene Creed.
We believe, especially in the Age of AI, that every human being is created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27) and therefore has inherent, non-negotiable value.
People are not data points. They are not resources. They are image-bearers.
We also believe that Christian businesses carry a unique opportunity to participate in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19).
The marketplace is not outside the mission—it is one of its primary fields.
Today, the economy presents a 30× upside opportunity, and since human beings spend approximately 66% of their waking hours in business, Christians must be present, engaged, and faithful in their work. This is not optional. It is stewardship.
The Christian Business Armor certification exists to make that visible.
The Three Levels of Certification Creed
The foundation.
The Creed certification affirms theological alignment. It publicly signals that this business stands on historic Christian faith and acknowledges Jesus Christ as Lord. This level is about belief, truth, and clarity. Without a clear creed, there is no stable ground for ethics, leadership, or decision-making.
Creed answers the question: What do you believe?
Helmet
The discipline of thought.
The Helmet certification represents clarity, focus, and intentional direction. It reflects how a business thinks about customers, value creation, and responsibility. This level emphasizes order over chaos and purpose over distraction. It signals that the business is not drifting, but operating with conscious alignment between belief and strategy.
Helmet answers the question: How do you think and decide?
Full Armor
The lived expression.
The Full Armor certification represents maturity. It integrates faith, focus, and action into daily operations. This level signals consistency, accountability, and execution. It reflects a business that does not merely confess Christian belief, but lives it out in practice—through how it serves people, builds trust, and creates value over time.
Full Armor answers the question: How do you live and work?
Why Three Levels
Faith is not binary in practice—it is formed, ordered, and lived.
Creed establishes truth
Helmet establishes discipline
Full Armor establishes faithful action
Together, they form a visible standard for Christian businesses that refuse neutrality, honor human dignity, and take responsibility for their role in God’s mission—especially in a world being reshaped by technology and artificial intelligence.
You are not meant to build in isolation.
Loneliness is common in startups. It is optional at DOMINUS Lab.
